Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 26 October 2026
Malcolm Ltd wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation or screen magnification. This page explains what has been done and where we know there is more to do.
What we have done
- Every page can be navigated by keyboard alone, and the focused element is always visible
- A “Skip to content” link lets keyboard and screen-reader users bypass the navigation
- Headings follow a logical order so the page structure can be understood without seeing it
- The expandable FAQ sections and the client-story carousel announce their state to assistive technology
- Form fields have visible labels that stay on screen as you type
- Text reflows down to a 320 pixel-wide screen without sideways scrolling
- Animation is removed automatically for anyone whose device is set to reduce motion
- Text can be enlarged using browser zoom without content being lost
Known limitations
- Several images are placeholders while photography is produced. Their descriptions will be written properly when the final images are added.
- Documents or third-party content added in future may not meet the same standard immediately.

Before launch
This statement describes the site as built. It should be re-checked once the final
photography and any additional content are in place, and ideally tested with a screen
reader. If Malcolm Ltd takes on public-sector clients, a formal WCAG 2.2 audit and a
compliance statement may be required. Remove this note once reviewed.
